This months PS Plus free games have been announced. Available from 6th August til 2nd September, the line up includes the fantastic WipEout Omega Collection and Sniper Elite 4.
WipeOut Omega Collection contains remasters of WipEout HD, the HD Fury expansion and WipEout 2048. If you’re not familiar with WipeOut, it’s a racing game set in the future where you pilot anti-gravity ships. Each can be armed with weapon pick-ups to swing the balance of the race. The action is fast and frantic, and includes a thumping soundtrack. PlayStation VR support is also here if you think you can keep your lunch down.
Theres loads of content here too, with 46 different ships, 26 tracks, 9 game modes and includes multiplayer both online and locally.
Sniper Elite 4 is a third-person shooter where you work to take out Axis troops using not only your sniper rifle, but bombs and traps too. It offers a great co-op experience as well as online multiplayer. Defiantly worth picking up, if not only for the brutal X-Ray Kill Cams.
